I offer 2 services, detailed below. however, many clients use a blend of both. When your personal clarity fuels your leadership, and your business challenges shape your growth, the two services naturally strengthen each other.Also, we don't always choose change in our life or work, coaching can support you in moving forward from the shock and anger of a change you didn't consciously choose, while honouring those difficult feelings.

Business Mentoring for CEOs & Business Owners

For people who want grounded strategic support from someone who has lived the realities of leadership.As a CEO with experience of leading large and small organisations, and also setting up my own one person business, I understand the pressure, loneliness and total responsibility. My mentoring blends strategic thinking with human centred leadership.This mentoring is for you if you’re:

My Story

For years I felt like I was two people, the successful corporate professional, making it in a man’s world, and the curious, quirky and sometimes confused young girl, on an adventure to find out "who am I ?", "what am I here for?".Coaching brought me back to myself, made me at ease with all the parts of myself – the driven, analytical person and the warm, cheeky woman.If you want to see the LinkedIn version of me, how I made it to CEO, have a look at my LinkedIn profile. It’s all true, no embellishments, however it won’t show you the work failures, the personal tragedies, the burnout, and suffering. Those are the things that pushed me to seek out happier, healthier and saner ways of living and working.Coaching was instrumental in giving me both clarity and confidence - it helped me move forward confident with all aspects of myself and, with the clarity that I am not one or the other. Coaching also enables me to bring my very best to my CEO roles and not crumble under the pressure. I bring the person that I am, the life I have lived and the skills I possess to coaching & mentoring.My qualifications reflect the duality of me. I am a qualified Accountant and Tax Consultant who works as a CEO, and also qualified in Reiki energy healing, yoga and mindfulness. I am a qualified coach with 10 years experience. I hold a Masters in Personal and Management Coaching from UCC, and am accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
